- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until translucent and fragrant.
3. Add the tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, low-carb sweetener, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
4. Drain and rinse the black soybeans before adding them to the skillet. Mix everything together until the beans are well coated in the sauce.
5. Reduce the heat to low and let the beans simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Crumble the cooked bacon and add it back to the skillet. Mix it in with the beans.
